2. Jamoal – Food & Beverages Lead Coordinates the menu, potluck dishes, and drink station.
3. Q – Activities & Games Lead Plans kids’ activities, family games, and prizes.
4. Pammy – Setup & Decorations Lead Manages decorations, tables, chairs, and overall layout.
5. All Members – Cleanup & Logistics Team Everyone pitches in for cleanup, trash, and post-event breakdown.
6. Spin – Music & Announcements Handles music, announcements, and keeping everyone informed during the event.
7. Jay – Paper Products & Supplies Manages plates, cups, napkins, and other paper goods for the picnic.
8. Sheef – Shirts & Memories Organizes family shirts and helps capture and share memories from the picnic.
